一直以来大家都在以瘦为美，甚至前些年法国还出现了为了追求极瘦的身材而饿死的模特，以致于欧洲好几个国家都出台法律禁止时尚业使用过瘦的模特;人们开始思考：瘦就一定美吗?人们开始不那么追求瘦了，但是作者认为一个新的不好的趋势又出现了。

但是一定要有度，文章的后面还有这样表述：

“直板身材”和“胖人骄傲”一类的词汇层出不穷。一些有影响力的红人现在甚至把卫生官员的合理担忧比作“仇恨犯罪”。

(这个直板身材就是和胖有关系的词，具体出处我没有考证，估计就是说你们这些瘦子还有腰，我们直接就是直着下去的。)(hate crimes是个新词，其精准翻译也没有统一标准，其意思就是因为某些言论而引起的仇恨，会被做犯罪，比如如果为“黑人都是小偷”这就是hate crime)

这样来看，现在的追求胖的趋势确实就不对了。

任何事，过了这个度就不好了。

其实保持一个适中，健康的，自己舒服的状态就好了。
